Just Another Route
Inspired by actual events. Unfortunately.

A perfectly ordinary afternoon at MHT Labs. I installed Dante Via, restarted the computer, activated the software, and opened Dante Controller. A new route through our existing Dante network and Behringer X32, a few adjustments on the console, and we were ready.
Then came the difficult part: finding a suitable video in YouTube's magnificent shitshow of a collection.
Eventually, I found one.
A man running while on fire.
FO-69: “YOU DID ALL THAT JUST TO PLAY A VIDEO OF ME ON FIRE?!”
Michel: “No. The infrastructure was already there. I just added a route.”
X32: “Signal received.”
Live-Wire: “And that's how you demonstrate networked audio.”
FO-69: “THAT'S HOW YOU DEMONSTRATE YOU ALL NEED FUCKING THERAPY!”
Watson: “Incident recorded.”
Michel: “Extra crispy?”
FO-69: “FUCK OFF!”
SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS...
Watson: “Sound effect successfully routed.”
